Direct Ferries

Back in early Feb I booked a trip to Spain and France in July with Direct Ferries. It looks like this is now going ahead, but I need to change the dates because COVID has caused a few other changes this summer for us.

On the 'My Booking' page, it states 'Unfortunately you can't cancel or amend this ticket online. Please contact us for help with your booking.' When I click the 'contact us' link, it just directs me back to amend it online through the My Booking page.

No phone number or email address on the website. Found a phone number through saynoto0870, but recorded message says all phone lines are closed.

Anyone else had similar issue? Anyone know what to do?

  • Is there anything on 'my booking page' that allows you to post messages?   This might be an option.   They should be in touch with you very shortly anyway but I know other holiday companies are still only working up to and including 30th June!!   So depending on when in July you may have to wait a week or so for a response.   
  • Nothing on the site at all. Literally no contact details. Found a customer service email address on google. Trying that now.

    I'd email them, but I would set your expectations as if you booked a non-refundable ticket, they don't have to move your booking free of charge. 
  • Website says they've waived all fees for this sort of thing until sept. It's just getting in touch that's the problem!

    Their help page says some tickets cannot be amended. Can your tickets be amended?
