Hi, I have a caravan on a seasonal pitch, the season runs from the 1st March to the 31st October a total of 245 days at a cost of £2530.00 which has to be paid by the 31 October the previous year (this does include electricity) which works out at £10.32 per day. On top of this I have to pay a daily charge depending on the season. Due to the Coronavirus I have not been able to use the caravan for 101 days which has cost me over £1042.32. As a gesture of goodwill the owner is giving Complementary WiFi to the end of the season and £200 credit which must be used by the 31st October. Do you think £200 is a fair refund or should we be entitled to more?
