Want to book TUI holiday today, will I be covered?

Good Morning 
So air bridges are meant to be put in place soon. (Foreign Office Advice and quarantine lifted)
So I'm thinking whilst they're so cheap to book a tui package for 17th july .
Problem I'm thinking, would Tui fly against FCO advice? If so could I claim back on my credit card ?
I'm guessing my travel insurance won't refund at this moment if it happened.
Help appreciated

TUI won't fly against FCO advice.

Foreign office advice and quarantine are two separate things. They foreign office can change its advice and keep the quarantine in place. Although not sure why they would as it seems to defeat the point, but they can. So if the foreign office advice is that you can travel and quarantine is still in place and you are unable to potentially quarantine when you get back you won't be able to claim on your credit card as you could have gone you just chose not too.

According to the recent Tui “promise” they won’t take you on holiday if a quarantine is required at either end of the holiday.
