Ex has IVA but we have joint mortgage

I have been divorced for 10 years and solely responsible for the mortgage in that time . My ex refused to agree To any financial settlement but has finally agreed to sign house over if I don’t claim on his pension . Before I could arrange remortgage I have found out he has an IVA. As we still have joint mortgage will he be allowed to sign over house and if not what are my options ?

You've been divorced 10 years. When did he start the IVA? Is it yet complete? And was there any equity when you divorced?
If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing
  • He took the IVA out 3 years ago without my knowledge. Yes there would be equity when we divorced.
