Rights if I cancel a booking.. please help

I was due to go away in October to NY but what with this virus and hubby being furloughed we are trying to be as cautious as we can and obviously not knowing how this is all going to pan out, anyway I had booked transfers through Hoppa in January with terms & conditions stating 90% refund if cancelled 60 days before travel so I’ve cancelled with over 120 days notice but they are refusing to refund me at 90% offering Hoppa credits whichever quite frankly I’ll not use and going by finances we’ll get family to drop us at airport and take subway if it does happen... so sorry long wonder but question is where do I stand? Any advice or help will be gratefully received.
