One entry per person, multiple entries will not count. Entries must be received by 31 August 2020. The prize is accommodation only staying five nights at Aphrodite Hills for up to six guests in 3-bedroom Superior Villa with private pool on a self-catering basis. Prize winner must be one of the people travelling. Complimentary stays are not available during peak travel times (including UK school summer holidays, half terms, and other peak periods including the full month of July). Holiday must be completed by 31 October 2021. The prize has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, refund or any other holiday. Prize excludes flights, transfers, travel insurance, spending money, and any other services or incidentals at the resort. Prize winners are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.

That happened to me too, I think it’s when you have a capital letter at the front. I changed mine and it accepted it.
