Van Meuwen plants

Hi. I need to vent about his dreadful company and give a warning to those thinking of buying plants from them. Many many weeks ago I ordered pelargonium plugs and lavender plugs. The pelargoniums arrived eventually but were dead or dying so had to be thrown away. No sign of the lavender. Since then I’ve repeatedly tried to contact them to cancel the lavender and demand a full refund. I only get automated emails back and they’ve closed their phone lines. Now, I’m trying to get my money back via PayPal. 
Van Meuwen are owned by Thompson -Morgan. There is a Facebook page dedicated to complaints to this company, they are so bad! So many many people are in the same boat as me with both of these companies. Something really needs to be done. Be warned! This goes way beyond Coronavirus delays.

Thanks for the info - I ordered some lavender from Thompson Morgan and, despite having been notified of their dispatch over two weeks ago, I am yet to receive them. (If they've been in the delivery system for 2 weeks, they'll either be very thirsty or dead anyway).
I can see problems ahead. 😱😱😱
