Our return flight has been cancelled and the holiday company won’t communicate with us

I have a group holiday booked for July 9th this year and the return flights have been cancelled. The only way to contact the company ‘Love Holidays’ is through their online chat, we have done exactly what they suggested in terms of reporting the problem however they still haven’t responded. We tried to contact them weeks ago. On the live chat now, instead of replying, they have said they will be in touch within 14 days... we go away in 12. We have no idea what to do, whether to prepare to go, or find a way to cancel.

Assuming you booked it as a package , if the return flight has been cancelled the entire holiday will be cancelled.1

Depends on the flight, if it is only a minor change then they can expect you to accept it. But if it is flying for Glasgow and you booked to fly from London then they can't.1

It is ridiculous isn't it? Love Holidays stating they are still only working up to 30 June for replies/instructions. Daughter in same situation due to fly out 12th and was told her return flight had been cancelled weeks ago! I told her to wait until Love Holidays contact (she didn't but neither has she had a response from them). Personally, I wouldn't do anything about cancelling (more than likely will be cancelled) let them get in touch! I can't help wondering what would happen IF they don't get in touch? I mean do you just show up at the airport and hope you have a flight back? I don't think so! I keep thinking SURELY they must amend their info on their website to include at least first two weeks of July very soon? Perhaps I just have too much faith?moley2411 said:I have a group holiday booked for July 9th this year and the return flights have been cancelled.
