Annual leave whilst furloughed

Hi
Hopefully someone can answer my question. I'm currently furloughed and have just received my latest wage slip and noticed I've been paid nearly £200 holiday pay. I have not requested to take annual leave or been told I will be placed on it. So my question is can my employer randomly place me on annual leave whilst I'm furloughed with zero correspondence or notice?

No, they should give you at least twice the amount of notice before dictating any annual leave.

No. They can force you to take annual leave but must give you in notice double the amount of time they require you to take (so 1 weeks leave requires 2 weeks notice).
Unless your contract specifies set holiday periods and this is one of those periods of course. Or unless you had annual leave booked previous to being placed on furlough perhaps. Those are the only exceptions I can think of, off the top of my head. You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride1 -
No they cant, they need to give double the notice (2 weeks notice for one week).
Question is though: will making a fuss about it put you top of the list for future redundancies or bottom of the list for future promotions? Food for thought.1 -
Any indication as to when you may restart working? That's the greater concern for many.0
