Our flight to Canada for the first of July has been cancelled. They say we have to accept vouchers anc use within 24 months, however if we are to use them next year the same date as we booked for this year, we have to pay an extra £400 , surely they don't expect us to pay extra money for flights that we have already paid in full?.They are no answering emails etc. There are 5 of us booked on this years flight, which costs well over £3,000. They are going by Canadian rules, but if that's the case they should have told us this. My husband has been shielding and by next year thd insurance for him to go to Canada, might be as expensive as the flights. We are fighting a losing battle here. Basically its fraud..where do we go from here??
