Ryanair name change refund

Hi I had my flights for the end of March cancelled by ryanair due to covid19. I've finally received a refund after many requests. My question is should I have been refunded the £115 name change fee that I paid for my ticket?
I'm sure during all the correspondence where it takes you to their website that it included the name change in the refund but that's not what has happened. I can't find any guidance anywhere on getting a refund on the name change (which was actually more than the ticket 🙄)
