Viagogo - Coronavirus help

Hi all,
I’d booked to travel to Naples in April with my partner and we had purchased 2 tickets from viagogo to watch Napoli vs Roma, however due to Covid-19 our trip was cancelled and the game postponed. The Italian league is now back playing however it’s behind closed doors with no fans allowed. I have messaged viagogo multiple times trying to find out whether I’m eligible for a refund but I keep getting the same automated response saying someone will be in touch - and no one ever is! I was wondering if anyone had any advice? Or if anyone is going through the same situation and can recommend what to do?
