Britsh Gas Home Care
I have a home care agreement with British gas, before the lock down British gas cancelled my gas boiler service twice and could not undertake the service during the lock down it is now nearly two years since the last service can I claim any refunds from Britsh gas as they take payments for a service they can not provide

They will provide like others after Covid .Refund read the T&C of your contract .0

tewr - I don't know about refunds, but British Gas are now booking in annual services for people that should have had services during lockdown. Mine was due shortly and several days ago I was able to book the service online or in the app.2
