Having an absolute night mare. If you look at on the beach Facebook page they are just ignoring ignoring ignoring messages from customers. They now and then put up a public message saying I have responded to your message directly. All they do is ask for your booking details, which you give them and then they message back saying they can’t talk about it over Facebook. Their phone lines are still disconnected where as all other travel companies have their lines up and running now and Atleast give you the opportunity to spend four hours on hold waiting to speak to them.

I have a package holiday booked with on the beach and when I logged in the outbound flight with Ryan air is cancelled. All I want is for them to advise that they are due to cancel and refund me the entire money but nothing. They just reply with automated messages when I notified them of this two weeks ago! It’s so infuriating.

I have been patient up untill now but now they are just taking the kick

Does your ATOL certificate say that it is a package? If it does you will entitled to a refund based on the flights being cancelled.

However getting the refund will be time consuming and a long wait. You don’t say when you are due to travel but they are as I understand it working in date order for dealing with bookings.

OTB took a long time to refund us.  We had messages saying the flight was cancelled & then some confusing messages from Jet2 saying things like we had cancelled the flight & then something addressed "to whom it may concern" & talking about insurance.  But after many weeks Jet2 paid OTB & then OTB paid me.

All I am fussed about now is getting the confirmation from them that they WILL be issuing a refund in the near future but they simply just don’t reply!

I will look at the certificate and see what it says. Thanks for that tip

I am in a similar position.
due to fly on 20th July (cancelled) return 30th July (cancelled) OTB postponed payment to December (strange) so I presumed they were going to cancel.
Now when I login, they are going to take final payment on 6th July. FOR A HOLIDAY I can not even get to.
I am going to ring my bank as surely they can not take money for a service which they are not going to no  provide.
Ryanair have confirmed my flights are cancelled
