Denmark Travel Advice

I have flights booked to go to Copenhagen on 4th August for a 2 night stay (replacement flights for a city break that fell victim to covid in March) Flights are with Ryanair. I have read the latest entry requirements for Denmark which require proof of a 6 night stay to allow entry as a tourist. I’m in a bit of a dilemma and need advice. I don’t wish to stay for 6 nights in Denmark. 
My first consideration is do I book 6 nights to get into the country (2 nights at where I intend to stay and 4 at another hotel) stay for the 2 at hotel one and then cancel the 4 night booking on a free cancellation basis once I’m safely through border control, my question is will I experience issues at the border when I try to leave Denmark and return back to the UK after a 2 night stay? 

The other option is of course to choose another location, if so are Ryanair still offering free of charge flight alterations for bookings in July and August? 

Any advice would be welcome!

I think they might notice when your return flight is booked. You will have to ask them as it is rolling week by week at the moment, hopefully the travel advice would have changed by then.
