Parking hard stand crumbling help!

Hi everyone I have an issue with a raised hard stand (I think that’s what it’s called) in front of my house, unfortunately the previous owner must have number the wall leaving a large crack which is progressively getting worse. I’m not very savvy with these things and not sure who I should contact to look at getting a quote or costing?! I’ve hopefully attached some pictures, parking is a nightmare so would be good to get it fixed.. I also don’t want my car falling into my house! Any guidance would be greatly appreciate. I have no idea what sort of skilled person I need to contact!

Is that the retaining wall, holding back the ground and foundation under your parking area?
Looks like a job for a builder, I'm guessing the wall would either need rebuilding or significant repairs.

Yes a retaining wall I believe :( just a general builder? Sorry if it seems an obvious question I am new to all this so not sure who to speak to!

It looks like 4 inch blockwork, which isn't enough for a retaining wall of that height,

Looks more like concrete slabs, all be it, thick ones.
A job for a general builder, preferably one with a mini-digger. The earth behind will need digging out, and then some substantial footings put in. The wall will need some hefty buttressing and tied in firmly to the side return. It looks to be a relatively low wall, so you don't need to go over the top with construction.

Also gives you somewhere to bury the body depicted in the thumbnails   :)
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

You thought dead body - I thought nice man rescuing a cute cat :D

I think I'm going to have to get some similar work done on my property-to-be any chance of a ballpark idea of what would be a reasonable quote for say half a day mini-digging and replacing a concrete block?
That sounds like a classic case of premature extrapolation.

I’m not sure a digger would get down there, its tiered garden with steps and all sorts! I’ll have to give a general builder a shout, there’s also a giant palm tree probably holding it in place which would have to go. What a nightmare!

Haha in reference to “the body” it’s my colleague rescuing a baby lamb who decided to crawl underneath a van 😂
