Are VM retentions calling from 0345 number during lockdown ?

I’ve given in my notice and wondered whether to expect a call from an 0345 number like usual or perhaps from a mobile number given it’s lockdown.

I guess they’re maybe working from home so they might be using mobiles or is it still an 0345 number ?
