Furlough payment for hourly earners of off sick last year

Hi
i have a contract for a part time job that requires me to work 32 hours per month .
i was off sick following an accident last September and didn’t work for a few months
in calculating my average hours they have added up the hours for the year and divided by 12 . So it works out less than my contracted hours as an average per month .
I know if is the higher of the average or the same month last year but what about the months I was off sick ?
Is this correct or should the furlough Pay be my contracted hours in this case ?

It will include the months you were sick, at the pay you received. Sick pay is only ignored for fixed rate workers. That is what your employer can claim under CJRS. You need to see what your furlough agreement actually says, because that determines (with your employment contract) what you should be paid, not what your employer can recover.0
