Jet2 holidays have just cancelled our holiday to Sorrento booked before CV19. Booking was for mid October. I can go on Jet2 holiday web site and same holiday; flights and hotel, is still available. Thing is it's now £200 per person more expensive. This is outrageous and must be in breach of ABTA or ATOL rules. Apart from that if we rebook our travel insurance will now be void.

Welcome to the club.  We have had 2 holidays cancelled this year.  Maybe they just haven't updated their website yet or if you went through the booking process it would block you at the end?

Don’t be outraged.

Clearly a mistake and likely to be corrected in days to come. If you go through the booking flow on line you may even find it is not actually bookable.

How dare they! If one were going somewhere common like Benidorm then so be it, but this is Sorrento, a classy resort where one expects to be treated with a certain degree of respect.

Call them to find out what's going on.  You may be on the phone for a while, but from what I've read on other sites you will get through eventually.

Assuming the OP is from Fife ?  Jet2 have no flights from Edinburgh or Glagow to Naples till 2021 season.
Suspect they are all now removed since initial rant.

Or OP didn't realise they were actually booking for 2021.  Just tried a booking and it defaults to 2021.
