Disneyland Paris annual passes

Hi all, wondering if anyone can advise on the issue of disneyland paris annual passes.
Our family visited prior to Xmas, and decided to buy annual passes (around £750 for the 3 of us) this was for 12 months and 350 days of the year (magic plus pass).
Disney promised that however long the park was closed would be added back onto the expiry of the pass.
Now that they have announced the reopening on the 15 July, they have confirmed that
The closed days will be added onto the expiry,
An extra month will be added to the validity.
BUT
Rather than being able to visit whenever we liked (within our 350 day validity) we now have to pre book our tickets subject to availability and as the parks capacity will be severely reduced it will likely mean that the we will not be able to utilise the pass to the same extent as when we bought it.
Disney only brief explanation is that the annual pass admission was always subject to capacity limits,
But there is a massive difference in say a 10000 capacity and a 2000.
How would these changes sit with consumer and trading rules?
Thanks in advance

What trading and consumer rules do you believe they have broken? Surely H&S of customers should be the priority. Not as if the park reaches capacity everyday it's open. Far from it.0

I doubt you will be able to claim anything more back than they are giving you. Annual passes don't specify how many rides you can go on or how often. Unfortunately restrictions are likely to be in force for a long time to come. Holidays and socialising will be totally different from what we know it and we have no alternative other than to adapt.0
