I would highly recommend searching for a Facebook group called Easyjet Complaints Process - not so easy. They have loads of numbers and email addresses there to help you out. I have now had my flight cancelled so now the long wait for a refund1

Last September I booked two seats with easyJet to Agadir for 17 March/24 March. Two days before the holiday it was postponed by the hotel until October so I took advantage of easyJet's option to rebook without an admin charge. I knew I would have to pay the fare difference, which turned out to be nearly as much as I had paid in the first place. Seat and baggage charges were carried over. However, on the payment confirmation it shows that I have been charged for the Aviation Taxes twice. In spite of countless efforts to get an explanation / refund from EJ, like a previous post I have only had a standard email referring me to the FAQs on the website.
Has anyone else noticed this on their payment confirmation if they have changed booking? And any advice on what to do next?
To add insult to injury, I have just checked the current prices for my October dates and they are half the price I paid in the first place.1 -
Like you I have changed Easyjet flights and am likely to change them again in a week or so. From what I can see on the site, there is no fee if the change is made at least 14 days out. Did you change them within the 14 day window? This is what it says on my Easyjet accountHas anyone come across this? Obviously trying to speak to someone at Easyjet is virtually impossible.
How does it work?
All confirmed flights are shown. Flights that have already departed or will depart within 2 hours are not shown and cannot be changed.
You can change flights one at a timeHow much will it cost?
Charges payable for flight changes will include any increase in fare plus the relevant fee below:
Fee for changes made more than 14 days before departure: £0.00 per passenger per flight
Fee for changes made 14 days or less before departure: £32.00 per passenger per flight
Changes will not be confirmed until you have reviewed and paid any applicable charges.

OMG EasyJet
Because of the CoronaVirus, Easyjet have been accommodating, and allowed a FOC transfer of your flight to another time
So I was going to fly OUT on 5th August 2020, and EasyJet have allowed a FOC transfer, to 2021
But if I was to equally move my 2020 return flight, to a corresponding date in 2021, they want £2058.00
WHY ??
Hey Martin, if you or your colleagues these blogs can you champion our casue please
There must be thousands of other affected, and the phone are just jammed solid - you can be on hold for many hours and they only have 3 songs as their on-hold music.
It is so frustrating

@eMazerati
I've just moved two Easyjet flights into 2021 this afternoon. One was £0.00 and the other was €1.00. Something wrong with your booking. Did you try to move them within the 14 day window?- All land is owned. If you are not on yours, you are on someone else's

My wife attempted to move four flights for a holiday in August to Turkey more than 14 days prior to flying. We attempted to transfer flights to July next year, the out bound leg being £0.00 per person, however, the return leg for next year was more expensive than the return leg overall for this year so Easy Jet wanted another £360 despite the overall cost for four flights being cheaper overall. Waiving the cost is simply the transfer fee which all sounds great until you get into the detail that’s where the customer experience isn’t great. Shameful treatment of loyal customers. We’re sitting tight to see if the flight is cancelled0
