Poor customer service (Opodo)

We had our flights cancelled in March I’ve tried everything to rebook my flights for later this year, their service is non existent. Has anyone else had problems with Opodo?

Had you looked for any reviews, at any time, you would know that this company (and its owner eDreams) does not have any customer service.

Did you ever get refunded? These jokers just emailed me to say they're giving me a flexible ticket. Even though I asked for a proper refund.0
