We have just found out today we cannot withdraw money from our Anna Money account due to one of their suppliers going out of business due to Covid-19!
How are we able to get to our money?

The FCA have imposed restrictions on the supplier: https://www.fca.org.uk/news/news-stories/requirements-imposed-wirecard-authorisation
Your money is safe but until these issues are resolved you won't be able to access your money
This will affect a number of fintech companies not just Anna Money0 -
For the moment you have to wait. Wirecard who provide the technical systems behind Anna went bust owing £3billion and so the FCA have suspended their license to operate. The money in your Anna account is held with different legal entity, so should be totally safe, but for the moment you can not access it.
No one can give a definitive answer but the best guess would be some limited account access will probably be restored next week.0 -

Accounts have been temporarily frozen. Money is ring fenced and held by Barclays in the UK.0
