Booking.com Non-Cancellation Booking

Hi,
No travel insurance as was putting it off
Spent £600 on 3 nights hotel stay in Prague with Booking.com on a no cancellation option. Booked around Dec 2019 to travel 31st July 2020.
The flight is with Easyjet.
IF there is the quarantine still in place at each point (Prague + London) do i lose everything?
I have contacted the hotel directly who have said its nothing to do with them as i booked with Booking.com. I have contacted Booking.com who simply said they need to ask the hotel if they are willing to offer a voucher but if not then i forfeit the £600.
Is that the money gone due to no insurance and no cancellation option?
