Error on Credit File

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could advise me please? M and S bank falsely put a missed payment on my account. They have agreed to remove it but are saying it could take up to 90 days! We are trying to get a mortgage, is there any way around this? It seems so long! X

thank you x

If you need to evidence it to your mortgage lender, just show them (or your broker) the confirmation from M&S.

All companies are giving long 'up to' dates due to resource, even though no one actually expects it to take that long.

Great I was wondering if I could just provide them with evidence. I’m just wondering whether it will impact us getting a DIP? Thank you :)

    It shouldn’t do.
A decent broker will accept the evidence.
