Forced Holiday whilst on Furlough and Whilst on notice period

My employer had given me 1 weeks notice for my redundancy whilst on furlough stating I will receive my 1 weeks amount of pay + holiday pay (3 weeks accrued). I had then responded back to my manager explaining that my correct notice is 1 month. He then realised that my notice period is 1 month but has now told me that I will have to take 2 weeks of holiday during my notice period leaving me with only 1 week of holiday pay. He has given me enough notice for holiday but my question is if she is allowed to do this as now most of the holiday that I had accrued is not going to benefit me in anyway during the lockdown as the whole purpose of holiday is to have time to rest and relax. I feel as though he has only enforced this because I had stated my correct notice period. I'm not sure if he is allowed to do this as there is the option to pay me my holiday pay through the furlough grant. I am a bit confused here and would appreciate any advice on how to tackle this situation. thanks!

Yes they can do this providing they give you twice the amount of notice. They must also pay you 100% of your wages during the annual leave.
