Late payment/missed payment

By oversite I missed my credit card payment by 4 days. It was due 22nd June, the payment cleared by 26th June (today). When I logged in a £12 late payment fee had been added to my account. My statement date is on 27th june (tomorrow). Because I made the payment before my statement date will the late payment be recorded on my credit files as a missed payment for that month.
I came into this world with nothing and I'm gonna leave with nothing.
