Black oil/grease marks on my washed clothes

My Beko prosmart inverter was her/dryer is 2.5 years old and over the last 4-6 months has Started to leave black oil/grease looking splashes on washed clothes - say 2-3 items out of a full load are affected with usually one item badly. It’s splashes like something has been dropped on it whilst spinning. It usually happens to my 2 year old daughters little clothes. I’ve tried cleaning tablets, white vinegar, bleach, several 90deg washes and I’m not overloading it. I don’t use fabric softener now and changed from liquid detergent to tablet non bio detergent. Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks. Just looking to determine if it’s something major and I need to buy a new machine or if it can be fixed.

Build up of gunk around the door seal would be the first place I would look
  • Have you tried a spot remover spray? I think it will fix it immediately. Otherwise, soak it in water and shampoo solution and after few hours add vinegar. Hopefully, it will work.

Swarfega will get the stains out while you look for a solution.
If you've done some basic troubleshooting and cleaned out the machine then perhaps try calling the manufacturer for advice.
  • when my machine made oily marks on things, someone suggested doing the hottest wash empty.  There is a build up of bacteria when only using 30/40 degree washing all the time, it worked!  Also grease spots, use eucalyptus oil direct on spots then wash...gone.
  • warning for anyone thinking of upgrading sky to include netflix when checking on sky q box told it would be £6 when actioned my future bill has gone up by £17.50.they say you have 31 days to cancel but unlike when adding on line you cannot cancel without talking to them and the first thing they want to know is your sky account password. As I have always been told never reveal passwords to anyone so it appears I have well and truly been conned.

If you're watching Sky television on your washing machine I'm not surprised that the results are less than satisfactory.
