Easyjet issue

I had my flights cancelled (dep 4/4/20) and for a good month or two only had the option to rebook or voucher. Loveholidays contacted me regarding my refund and said that easyjet are proving difficult and i have the right to a refund...although getting through to easyjet is almost impossible. I had emailed them in april to ask for a refund but on 28th may there was an option to ask for a refund...so i did. It said processing...fine i though, wheels are moving at least! Jump to today and i get an email to say they are swamped and there a delays on issuing my flight voucher that is valid for 12 months from when it is given... i never clicked that option. Ive messaged them on facebook to say that i never asked for a voucher i clicked the refund option but from what i gather noone can get through to them. I have a credit card to pay still and now im potentially going to be stuck with a voucher i cant use, never asked for and asked for a refund. Any advice?

If you have an EasyJet booking reference then check out “EasyJet complaints process-not so easy “ page on Facebook.
There are some really useful email addresses on there of which seem to work well in getting refunds.0
