I was in my local Harbro Country Store today and they had Hillbrush broom heads and I was going to buy one but they only sold wooden handles with no threaded end and the Hillbrush heads are threaded! Where can I get a handle that will fit these broom heads? On the Hillbrush website this is the head I was looking at:
https://www.hillbrush.com/uk/traditional/brooms/industrial-stiff-263mm-yard-broom/
It says recommended handle is TH48/1 but I cant find one at a good price. The non-threaded handles they had were only £2

Did you ask in store why they supply heads but not matching handles? It doesn't seem a good way of selling brooms.

Buy a separate socket then you can use a non-threaded handle, and will probably make it last longer.spaceboy said:I was in my local Harbro Country Store today and they had Hillbrush broom heads and I was going to buy one but they only sold wooden handles with no threaded end and the Hillbrush heads are threaded! Ask Trigger where he gets his broom spare parts.A man walked into a car showroom.
He said to the salesman, “My wife would like to talk to you about the Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
Salesman said, “We haven't got a Volkswagen Golf in the showroom window.”
The man replied, “You have now mate".0 -
