Are RM still wrongly updating tracking?

Earlier in the pandemic I had an issue with a RM delivery that I explained and got advice regarding in one of my other threads. 

Today I was due a RM48 parcel that said out for delivery. Then this afternoon it updated to say they had attempted and no one was in but I’ve been in the house all day. 

I got that red option box where you can then choose a redelivery, collection at sorting office or collection at PO. 

Just wondered if there was still issues and they really did try deliver (although not sure how I missed when I was in) or whether it’s been updated wrong etc. 

It’s allowed me to reschedule for Saturday.
