Third Party Access to Bank Accounts

Jonnygee2 thanks for that its the type of information I have been looking for. It is currently in the hands of the ombudsman, but I want to make sure I am up to speed.

No issues with dad. We discovered all this once mum passed away a year ago.

That sounds like the problem, if it ever was one, no longer exists? No money was ever lost, is that correct? What is the nature of your complaint?

All old paperwork will have been stored in a off site secure facility. Due to the large costs (it a hell of lot of paper) that once over the time limit it will be destroyed.

I have now received lots of paper thanks to a DASR that says the agreement was scanned so that is not paperwork, it must be somewhere.

You still have not answered why you need this magical piece of paper?
Are you trying to get some from the bank for some wrongdoing?
