We have a booking for 4/9 which we wish to amend there are no ways to contactThe company as they are not answering we have seen other complaints on their twitter and Facebook. We don’t have a way to change get a refund or get a voucher we are not sure if we have a valid booking with Brittany Ferries even if we can travel please help

Direct Ferries offices in central London, are almost certainly closed. Begin by trying to contact Brittany Ferries who will confirm or deny the booking, they are certainly starting operations next month so if the booking is valid, and I suspect it is as Direct Ferries have been trading for years, then check the ferry company website to see what the situation is if you do not wish to travel. For a long time, Brittany were point-blank refusing refunds but I think things may have changed0

Im trying to amend my booking for 15/8 with Direct Ferries but there is a Server Error when I submit the changes!! No phone number to contact, and when I did find it the phone lines are closed because they are too busy, emails just get an automated response. I’ve contacted the actual ferry company DFDS via Twitter who have tried to help but they can’t change the booking!0

How did you pay ?
Might be an option but I suspect you will be told no refund as the ferry is still going.0 -
This is exactly what I am experiencing at the moment! All that I want to do is amend my booking for a future date but I cannot get in touch with anyone. We are not asking for a refund as the ferry will still be going - but trying to change the date of our booking only brings up a server error. With no response from Customer Services, we are looking at losing £309. This is absolute appalling service at a time when everyone should pull together!0
