Overnight sitting - pet care

Hi, as a business owner who walks dogs / looks after animals within owners houses. With the most recent government announcement, COVID-19 related (Tuesday 23rd June 2020), does this mean we can now offer overnight sitting as a service again by staying in owner / pets house? I cant seem to get an answer from local authorities, government guidelines are not clear enough and insurance just say "aslong as you meet government guidelines you will be covered".

Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you.

My reading would be that yes you can, but that is just my interpretation.

After 4th July you can stay overnight away from your home with your own household or support bubble, or with members of one other household. I think that  means one household at a time because they don't want several groups mixing together in the same house. And people can start using both self contained accommodation and bed and breakfasts as part of the new rules. 
If you are able to maintain social distancing throughout and take suitable precautions with regards to hygiene. I'm presuming that the household won't be there otherwise they won't need you. So you would need to think about how to minimise the risk from touching surfaces when you are visiting a number of households in potentially a short time scale.
