Sunseeker Doors - faulty doors

Bungeeee

Good Morning, I was hoping some one could advise.
Last year, after lengthy research I decided I wanted Slide and Pivot doors for my building project. I opted to use Sunseeker Doors and have had nothing but trouble from the moment the payment cleared. For example: The installation was delayed 6 times with a variety of last minute excuses, the wrong doors were installed and the attitudes of all involved were appalling. They were impossible to get hold of either by phone or by email. Eventually the correct doors were installed on Aug 30th 2019 and I hoped that was the end of it. However, fast forward to the beginning of June 2020 and the main opening door has dropped meaning we are unable to open any three of the panels. This is our only access to the garden lockdown, heatwave, children, dogs …. you can imagine my frustration!
I have tried to contact the company for several weeks now by both email and telephone to no avail, I appreciate the current Covid situation could mean lack of staffing and am aware of the challenges all businesses are going through at present. However, I have had no response at all and the telephone line and website all state that Sunseeker Doors are fully operational despite the pandemic. My previous experience of them leads me to believe that their lack of communication is not purely down to lockdown and social distancing.
So my question is where do I go from here? the doors won't open and the company won't respond. I have a two year warranty.
Thanks in advance.

Who under writes the warranty? Is it Sunseekers or an insurance backed warranty, if it's the latter give them a call.
How did you pay/ If you paid by credit card or took out finance for them then give them a call and start an S75 claim.
If you paid yourself or there is no finance agreement direct with Sunseekers then you need to keep pestering them, followed buy a LBA if they are still ignoring you.

Thank you Bris. Annoyingly I paid directly. I will find out who under writes the warranty and continue to pester.
JJ_Egan - The lengthy research was into the style of doors I wanted on my house and referred to the comparison between sliding patio doors, french doors, bifold doors, and slide and pivot doors. Once I had made the decision on the style of doors, I was left with few options as not many companies in the UK supply and fit them. I then researched the two main companies and opted for Sunseeker Doors as they had better reviews than their competitor - hindsight is a wonderful thing :-(
Just to clarify to all they are a door company - I wish I owned a fancy yacht!
