Should I change Registered keeper to my spouse?
We used to have just one car and "Registered Keeper" was in my name. Now we have 2 cars I mainly drive the other car and my Spouse is the main driver if this one. Would it be wise to change the Registered Keeper on the V5C?
That means it would (a) reflect the reality and (b) line up with car insurance.

Utterly pointless, so long as you trust each other to pass on any correspondence.

I have done that in the past and regretted it when you come to sell. You just put in the advert 2 registered keepers (wife and myself) but it's probably best avoided.0

Most adverts mention owners and not registered keepers anyway.
Pretty sure last time we did this if it’s a spouse at the same address it doesn’t even change that section in the V5 (would have to dig it out and check)

So long as the insurance is happy as to who's really the main driver, there shouldn't be any need to change the keeper.0
