Aer Lingus Refund

Was due to go on holiday to the US with Aer Lingus but after they cancelled all of my flights I applied for a full refund. Not heard a thing since! Has anyone got any experiencing dealing with the company regarding a Covid refund? How long did it take?

The Boss said they have xxx million refunds to work through and it will take time .

I’m sure you’re right, but managing customer’s expectations is a fairly easy task... all they need to do is acknowledge receipt of my refund and tell me an updated turnaround time.
