 You tried to buy 5 items and it gave one free as per the 3 for 2 promotion, the other two items didn't qualify as they weren't a multiple of three. You added another item to make 6, two multiples of 3, there they gave you two lots of 3 for 2, or two for free.

 you need to read further down the thread. The glitch was that it was giving the games on BOGOF rather than 3 4 2
 Fixed now though, I believe.0

 I brought 5 items but one was not a game, its a baby soft toy thats not in the 3for 2 offer. so i brought 4 items in offer and got 2 free.0

            :mad: I ordered 2 x Dor the explorer laptops £24.47 each and Stack and roll cups £5.97.
 Charged £30.44 So the laptop was BOGOF.
 DH went to pick them up today....no laptops! But the invoice clearly states 2 laptops AND the cups! I only bought the cups to make the total over £25 so I didn't have to pay the charge to collect them from store!! Although my baby will enjoy them!!
 They just said I would have to contact Tesco Direct.
 I phoned them, and they said they ran out, and I haven't been charged (which I was). So they invoiced me for them, charged me, and then decided they were out of stock???? :mad:
 I told them I wanted the refund to be put through straight away......so I have just had an email through to say they have refunded £48.94!!!!!!:rotfl: I will tell them about this when I complain, but will keep it in my account for a few days first which is what they appear to be doing with their customers money!
 Over the past 2 weeks, I have ordered a phone and a £10 top up card. On both occasions, they have called me the day after collection was due to tell me that the phone was out of stock, so they have refunded me......JUST FOR THE PHONE!
 So I had to call them on both occasions to say that as I did not have the phone the top up voucher would be useless, so the refunded them. The store has phoned me THREE times to collect my parcel from them....the Top up voucher!
 I complained after that occasion, and this was their reply.

            I received a phone to call to say my order would be 24 hours late, I asked what the order was as I had ordered 2 lots of wine, 2 direct orders and canvas. He said "I don't know my screen doesn't tell me" I went the next day to collect my order to be told "no stock". Both direct orders had been cancelled, the wine order a day late and nobody bothers to inform you. Shop somewhere else people say, I don't think so I want a new car!0
