My order status still says 'at warehouse - dispatching soon' past 2 days.

They seem to have fixed this now - I had two items in my basket which was giving me one for free and this has now changed to full price.

Mine just arrived but one of the games was missing there is no invoice in the box or anything on my order status it says all my items are dispatched I have mailed them and will have to see what they say i know the item is now out of stock so guessing if its not already on its way then I wont get it

Part of my order arrived today too - 4 items missing. I've just phoned CS as online it says 'dispatched', and the nice lady said that sometimes items are packed seperatly at the warehouse and end up on seperate delivery vans, so the rest will probably arrive tomorrow (fingers crossed).

I had this a little while ago when i ordered a new Dyson and also some cutlery - the Dyson arrived next day and the small pack of cutlery took about 5 days!!

Thanks again to OP as all my xmas pressie (and a couple of birthdays) are sorted now!

I had a phone call form Tesco Direct yesterday ..apologizing due to popular demand (i waited to be told order cancelled)...that my delivery would be 24 hrs late....so arriving today....

Phew! so prezzies on their way and still in estimated 4-5 working days....lol
