Music magpie frustration

Hi there
I'm new to all this, but feel I'm getting absolutely nowhere with music magpie!! I sent off three boxes of tech, cds and books to them, got a swift price for them, now all of a sudden they can't find one of the 3 boxes it works out to £70 worth of stuff, I printed off everything that was generated and posted them off using a hermes courier, now they say I only generated 2 labels for the 3 boxes so 2 boxes travelled under the same number.all I've been getting is stock answers, no one cares I've even emailed Steve Oliver for help in the hopes of someone just getting up and physically looking for my 3rd box which has to be sat in the warehouse under either of my two existing numbers. I want someone to care and help the money was all going to my wife who has two autoimmune conditions and has been shielding, so when she finally was able to come out she could have something to smile about.
Just need a bit of help about what to do?
Thanks and have a great week all

We have just sent stuff off to Music Magpie for the first time. Overall they reduced the price from almost £300 to £27. They said the screen was cracked on an IPad (it wasn't and it was wrapped in bubble wrap) and that game controllers were missing (they were included in the box). They are not answering emails. I wish we'd looked at all the comments on here first!!!0

Avoid music magpie at all costs. They wanted to give me 10 pence a music album cd, a little bit more for limited editions. I didnt use it in the end.0

Bit confused, if you printed the labels then you should have 3 different tracking numbers, check those numbers on MyHermes site for delivery tracking. Don't think it's possible to send 2 under same number as Hermes would not be able to scan the duplicated label. This is one of those tricky situations as staff who deal with payments are not the warehouse staff and their hands will be tied if system says 2 parcels so they cannot pay you. You need the 3 tracking numbers to prove delivery2

Avoid Music Magpie. I had 200 CDs to sell. I tried 20 first of all. They offered 8p and nothing at all (a few times). Eventually, by including box sets, I got them up to £18.
They also offered a 10% increase for a first time seller. The parcel went and arrived next day. An email confirmed receipt and promised payment next day. A week went by and I got an email saying they couldn't pay until the box set and the 10% item arrived. I wrote back and confirmed the box set was included with everything else and the 10% item was what they were meant to pay me.
An automated reply said they would wait for the non existent second parcel or pay significantly less than their quote. I wrote again and got a reply apologising but the condition of the CDs meant they couldn't uphold their quote. I wrote back again calling them out as liars and chests. I got a reply apologising for the trouble and promising a payment of the full original quote. Three days later, I received £5 less than the original quote but couldn't be bothered to chase anymore.
It could have been avoided by humans on a phone instead of automated emails, but their website claims they don't employ staff to man phones as "some customers" prefer to email.Snootchie Bootchies!0
