I have 2 weeks holiday booked in sept / Oct, my Employer has said if I chose to fly ( 30th Sept ) I will not get paid my 2 weeks holiday pay, nor will I get paid to Quarantine when I get back ( I accept the quarantine period ) however can someone advise if they can refuse to pay my holiday money, the reason they are refusing to pay is covering me for 4 weeks instead of 2 weeks, any advice gratefully received TIA

The quarantine will be long gone by then anyway so it wont be an issue.

They do have the right to cancel your holiday leave with sufficient notice. But as bradders1983 says, the situation will have changed several times over between now and then. All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.1 -
Fingers crossed all will be well by then, thanks for your comments bradders1983 & elsien, stay safe :-)
