Awaiting refund for a holiday - Virgin Holiday

Any advice??? We requested and a refund was actioned for our honeymoon On the 30th March. We were told we would receive a full refund within 14 days. Then when 14 days came and went they changed it to 30 days. 30 days came they changed it to 60, 60 came they changed to 90 and I have now received an email to say up to 120! You can’t speak to anyone, call anyone, email anyone all you get is automated generic responses. What can I do?

To be honest, just wait and keep an eye on timescales - you've got 120 days to start a chargeback so don't wait until the full 120 days runs out.

We've had our refund on day 94 (last Friday) - didn't seem to matter what we did to try and speed it up, and our credit card company was pretty useless.

PGL adventure holiday and refund credit note
Hello all.  I've cancelled an adventure holiday that I had booked for my child with PGL in August.  I cancelled within the period that meant I would only lose my deposit.  Rather than a refund of the remaining balance they've provided me with a refund credit note meaning that I won't get my money back until 31st Jan 2021  
They've cited the ABTA guidance.  I've replied to them to confirm that I do not wish to rebook and that I want a refund as soon as possible, particularly as they haven't had to book hotels/ flights etc.  No joy.  
Any advice on how I can redeem the refund credit note and get my money back please?
