Flights cancelled but not the holiday

We booked a holiday through Love Holidays and were due to fly to Spain on July 31st. Had an email today from Jet2, who our flights were with, saying the flights have been cancelled. (We booked the flights through Love Holidays as part of a package deal). We haven’t heard anything about the holiday itself and it’s impossible to get hold of anyone. Should we assume that as the flights are cancelled, so is the holiday, and go ahead and book another holiday? As long as we get a refund/credit note at some point that’s fine but I don’t want to find out we won’t get a refund on the holiday because only the flights are cancelled. Any ideas?
