Where is my £10k
scagage
Wondering if anyone has any ideas. I tried to open a savings account with a well known financial institution via their website. During the account opening process the website broke but the OTP for the £10k had already been made by then. The money transferred out of my high street bank account but the other bank say it was not received at their end. Both banks are saying they do not have the money so how can I get this back. Any advice greatly appreciated.

What is the 'well known financial institution' you apparently opened a savings account with?
How did you come across their website?"If you aren’t willing to own a stock for ten years, don’t even think about owning it for ten minutes” Warren Buffett

And did you log on to your bank's website and make a transfer?

Without releasing information what these institutions are (or you think they are) and their exact website addresses you used, there is nothing we can do.

The sending back will know where it went to even if they dont have the money.1
