Hi I’ve just bought almost £400 worth of shoes from a well known Shoe seller. I’ve sent back over £300 worth of shoes and I’ve still not had a refund. I’ve heard that they have filed for administration this week. I’ve not paid the bill yet. What do I do now does anyone know? Thanks in advance guys

Thanks guys, but I’ve returned all but £50 worth and if they don’t credit the return do I need to pay all the bill, or just what I owe?0

You only need to pay what you owe.1

Why would they refund when you have not paid?
