Just completed an online application but it doesn't tell you at the end where to send the old one! I've tried searching but cant find anything official.

Well they always used to send the old one back to you with the corner cut off - so do you need to send it anywhere?0

Have you completed the application? You should get the address of the passport office to send it and a reference number after you pay. They need the reference details to link the old passport with your application.0

I got sent an email from HM Passport Office <updates@passport.service.gov.uk> with a subject line of "Send your documents" which contained the full details of where to send it. This was only a month ago.Check your spam/junk folder on your email.Alternatively, the same info will be in your online account at https://www.passport.service.gov.uk/track
