DPD Tracking

I wonder if anyone is having problems with DPD tracking. Have a number of parcels dispatched on Monday from suppliers but the tracking shows they have the parcel details but no parcel collected. 
Same if you follow tracking link, on the app or put the number in yourself. 
The strange this is, I contacted one of my suppliers and they said according to their account dashboard it is out for delivery this afternoon and gave me the hour time slot for it. 
Normally DPD tracking is excellent so just wondered if anyone else has problems.

I find that tracking can be a bit flakey at the beginning sometimes not showing the pick up or anything from the local depot.  Later in the evening or overnight tracking is nearly always fine.  The only time I have had a real problem was when the sender printed out an incredibly pale label and the barcode was unreadable.  It took several days to arrive and only started tracking properly at the very end after one of the depots had printed out a barcode that worked.

Do you use the website or the app? I find the app better.

On the app and checking online tracking it shows 4 parcels as not collected but all have turned up now, yet still say they are uncollected status. I tried to talk to DPD about this through online chat. Had to convince a robot to let me talk to a human. I gave up with them in the end, as they were insisting that I couldn't have the parcels yet as the tracking shows that they haven't been picked up. They refused to believe they could be delivered when the tracking shows DPD don't have them yet.

Having a similar issue. Parcel marked as dispatched on Tuesday by seller with DPD number. It says on their tracking however, that they have not received the parcel yet..

I’ve just had an update on the app to say a parcel of mine has been sent, no full tracking yet but due Monday. I’ll keep you posted whether the tracking updates or not.
