Good reason for returning ESA50 late.

    If he is in Support Group then Fit Notes should not be required. However if they have been asked for and are not supplied that may disrupt payment, Probably best to try ringing ESA to sort out.
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.
  • Thanks, I'll pass on comments. I think he may be cautious in contacting them in case it triggers some sort of review or some sort.
    In case it's been missed, this is new style ESA.
