Refund for cancelled flight

I booked a return flight with Thai Airways through Travel Trolley. Due to the pandemic the return flight was cancelled & I had to book alternative return flight with EVA Air. Thai Air appear to be filing for bankruptcy. My question is although it seems Travel Trolley are unlikely to get a refund from Thai Air do I still have a claim on Travel Trolley?

Yes I have, no help due to exclusion clauses relating to a. pandemics & b.visa issues.

This isn't a package holiday so you have no claim against the agent except for any refund received from Thai, less their admin charge of course. Thai is already in bankruptcy and is unlikely to be speedy in offering anything at all other than a voucher for a further flight. As you have discovered TT came out as the worst agent in the country and as the majority of online agents, is simply not set up with sufficient staff to deal with a crisis like this. It may be a case of wait and see what happens. Keep an eye on Thai Airways own website and see what the policy is.
