Bought a car from a dealership and it’s faulty what can I do
I bought a Land Rover discovery from a Land Rover dealer in July last year and after two days reported its faulty electronics, it has been back in about six or Severn times since - they look at it then give it me back, then I phone up and re book it in, they say they know the fault and are wanting land rover to write new software to combat the issue but noting. I am again without my car - although they give me a smaller loan car is there anything I can do? It’s been nearly a year now!

Another Land Rover tale of woe. There's a reason they are towards the bottom of every reliability survey, more lemons than a Limoncello factory. As the original fault has never been fixed time to reject. You may need to go legal.

That is not an unusual experience with a Discovery and part & parcel of Dicco ownership. Surely you didn't expect it to be problem free?0

Was it new or used, how did you pay for it?0

daveyjp is absolutely correct, you should reject the car and return it to them. Give them a choice, refund or replacement vehicle if you feel like taking another chance.0
